What happened to the target of 10000 per match
Its difficult to decide which of these is worse, but Shudds are top of the league and although they're playing at Fax, none of these make for good reading.
More for the Red Hall folk to chew over.

How do Shudds afford there calibre of players ???? Beyond belief.

I can't see the 10,000 for each game happening any time soon as it is an unrealistic target that is not achievable for many clubs at the present time. I really can't get my head round why Crusaders play on a Friday night it would be a much easier journey on a Sunday afternoon for away fans. I can understand Hudds having poorer attendances at Fax and they are slowly getting their crowds up there. Still think we need more marketing, more stuff going on, getting in to more schools and just really selling the club to the Wakey public.

I remember the RFLs "framing the future" document stating the magical 10,000 figure, and that was about 15-20 years ago.
We have moved little since then I would imagine, and quite possibly backwards!!!

No way was there 2800 at yesterdays game I don`t know how they make it pay. Quinns like most of us will never average 10 thousand in our lifetimes if ever at all

At match yesturday i was talking to a "cockney" cas fan, he takes his extended family every Quins home match thanks to the London Evening Standard giving away 1000 free tickets, i couldn't believe how many times i heard the shout, "tickets 2 for £7.50"

Because the salary cap allows you to spend a decent amount even if you don't bring in massive revenue. If we are allowed a new license for next year we will be allowed to spend more than we currently bring in. If this were to happen i am sure the team improve a whole lot more and also attract even more supporters.

Yorkshire radio presenter said 100, his partner in crime (and believe me, they both commited crimes against broadcasting!!!), the guy from yep, said 100-150.

In fairness, although the commentary was amateurish and clunky at best, they did say some fairly derisory things about the Quins experiment - the type of stuff that most supporters think, but that you rarely hear said in the media.

They did, but the guy from YP/YEP tried his hardest to hace a dig at us aswell.

It begs the question, with all the freebies, just how many paying customers were there ?
