Anyone know if the club shop in the Grand Arcade has had any stock delivered?

They NEVER answer the phone.

Went last week and they had no kids home shirts, advised to ring them this week.

So really it was 2 times then.... but considering this is rlfans and you want to have a maon you exaggerate to 10 times. Plenty of shirts in, go down and have a moan at the staff rather than on here (not that you will do).

whenever i've been in, they seem to answer the phone BEFORE or whilst serving someone. How come the phone jumps the queue ?

You are one of the reasons I dont frequent this site very much these days. If you cant add anything to a thread with a perfectly reasonable question dont bother.

You just dont like the fact that some people dont fall for your over the top moaning. Why dont you go down there and moan at the staff in person rather than have a dig at them on a forum. You have no idea how busy it can get in there at this time of year, if one or two calls are not answered its no reason to have a moan, and claim on a forum it was 10.

it's quite simple really, the phone jumps the queue because the person phoning the store can't see whats happening in it where as the person in the store can, if you don't answer the phone someone will moan about it

I have genuinely never known a town like ours, people will literally moan about ANYTHING.
