Are we talking modern day [SL? I don;t believe there has been a 0-0 SL tie, the clsoest being 5-2 I think at Salford a couple of years ago. Wasn't Saints vs Crusaders only 4-0 too the other year?

The last one with Wigan was home against Cas early 70's (73?). The ref joined in the fun by disallowing a late Cas drop goal which sailed between the posts.

I think the lowest pro game I've been at would probably be a 6-6 game.

Yep. One of the Bradford directors made a prat of himself afterwards, demanding a replay because he said it was never a penalty.

But Lydon did move the ball about 5 yards forward from where the kick should have been taken.

I remember a SOO game around 1995 finishing 2 nil. One of the best i have seen.

I think most would agree that the best ever Lancashire Cup Final was the last one, constested between Wigan and Saints with no tries scored. I forget the actual result, but Wigan just shaded it in front of about 20,000 fans at KR.
