Peet is a fantastic coach, who has done an amazing job, is the first thing I'd say but I've always thought if there is a very slight weakness there, it's a unwillingness to rotate a little and give out opportunities to fringe players. Nsemba got a proper run on the back of Isa's broken leg and smashed the door down but pretty much every other game a fringe player has got is on the back of an injury. 

Eckersley, Farrimond, Hill, Forber etc only ever really play when an injury hits us. The odd appearance has been given out against London last year or Salford this but not much else. I just think having a little look at players and giving out some opportunities keeps everyone on their toes and keeps it fresh. 


It's not a major concern at all but something I think there could be a bit of tinkering done. 

Where has that team from the second half been for the last few weeks, we actually looked like we wanted to play (not perfect but a whole heap better). One or two players stepped things up (Dupree esp) and caarried the rest with them.  We actually looked more like a team than a bunch of individuals out fro a kick about. Plenty to work on but at least the intent was so much better,


Wade looked raw but you can see some of hs running ability - just not sure why we need a RU player at age 34.


Boy Kendal does not like us does he? 

He was born in Huddersfield & played at junior level for them for a while. Funny that a lot of 50/50s went their way innit? Sure it's just coincidence though

He's well off his best at the minute O'Neill. I feel for him because the side hasn't been playing well and it's a bad injury he's come back from and it's then tough to really know if he's just in bad form or struggling a bit physically/mentally after the injury. Defensively he's always been a machine but he's dropping off so many tackles. That makes me think it's probably a bit of confidence in his knee, in terms of putting weight through it.

 It'll come in time I think, especially as the real big games come round and he has bigger things to think about than any worries over his knee. 

A rest wouldn't do him any harm and frankly it would be good to give Tom Forber a run anyhow.

Agreed, he looks like a player who hasn't had a pre season - similar to Walters last year, just looks really off the pace.
