Am hearing Folly have pulled out of this game?

Not at all. All Folly player's voted that they wanted to play the game, but its out of our hands and in the hands of the committee who have filed a complain about Eccles fielding a player who was still signed for Folly when they beat Langworthy the other week.

Looks like yet another Folly -v- Irlam final... Eccles only have themselves to blame.

I honestly don't know the ins and outs mate, I don't even know if Eccles have been pulled out for definate I can only go on what I was told in the club on Saturday after the game. Let me tell you the players were not in the slightest bit happy when the committee said they were going to try and claim the game!!!

The same player was also registered with Salford Central for the summer league and played against us in a friendly in April....so basically he is signed on for 3 different clubs



The rules of the valentines cup are that you can register 2 'new' players to play but not play any players that have transferred from another club, so the rules have been broken and its up to the M&D commitee to sort it out....i've heard that the M&D are pushing for the game to be played the following weekend to give them time to discuss it and make a decision
