| Danny Buderus:
Sadly the Rhinos have just lost one of their most inspirational players to a serious injury which may subsequently end his season rather prematurely
Not tempting fate here or anything, but which ONE player would be most greatly missed by the side should he be injured at the "business end of the season"?
IMO:Peacock would be the player that would be missed the most,as he carries our side every week

| JP is the obvious choice, but I'd hate to be without Ali at the 'business end', inspirational and, on his day, the most gifted player in SL.

| Given the centre situation, Senior. We'd be cut to ribbons without him IMO.

| Peacock or Senior, Peacock is our only go forward and Keith because we have issues in the centres..
Also at the business end of the season why cant we decide on one centre and stick with him. We are trying a different player each week and now is the time to get some stability.

Because that centre (Smith) has been deemed to be necessary at full back in Webb's unspecified injury absence.
Personally I'd have left Smith alone and used Ben Jones-Bishop at full back (while Webb is missing) but I'm not the coach nor have all the information available to the coach when making his decision.

Got injured in the reserve match against HKR looked like an arm or shoulder injury!

That certainly limited McClennan's options last weekend. He also shifted Smith to full back for the recent away game at Hull, was Jones-Bishop sick noted that week as well?

I'm not sure but he has missed a few reserve match's this year after having a shoulder reconstruction in the off season so he was always playing catch up with his match fitness anyway.

| With Sinfield missing for the Hull KR match the Leeds kicking game went to pot and nobody seemed to be organising us in midfield. Even though they managed to turn it round in the second half I thought Leeds looked a poorer side without him.

Deemed fit enough to play 1st grade against Salford at Easter. I hoped he'd have been pressing for some more gametime at full back this season in Webb's absences. I've liked what I've seen so far and think it's particularly unfair on Smith, expected to plug the problem right centre position one minute then dragged away to cover full back the next.
