noone knows whats happening with Gleeson, the big playmakers were signed in that 3 day spell last week and i was concerned that Gleeson wasnt one of them.

now they appear to have moved to other areas of the squad which people may make what they will of.

he is a top player but if he is asking for big wages then he needs to go, we cant be held to ransom by anyone.

Dont think that just because they announced the signings last week they all happened last week. As I understand that the majority of the signings so far announced actually signed their contracts many weeks ago.

Heard we have been linked with him from a while back (Off 'Fax fans I think). So he'd play rotation with Smith, where that would leave Duffy I don't know!

Cracking player but you cant keep Penky, Beswick, Govin and Gleeson all happy can ya!

we have kept them all happy so far this year. even though govin has been injured a lot but we can incorporate him in the team.

if Gleeson is wanting big wages then you are welcome to him, it is more improtant for the club to work within its means and if players want silly wages then they can go other places and get them.

gleeson is a blooming good player at championship level and we are always improved when he comes on the feild.

we can replace him it will be difficult but it can be done.

Gleeson is going nowhere,i have it on good authority that he,s very happy at Fax and all the rumours of him leaving is sheer speculation.

I heard last week that 11 players have already signed plus Shad might be staying but not heard a thing about Gleeson...really hope he stays as he is a top notch player.

You cant release press statements saying all the `big` players have signed at the same time. They will be announced in dribs and dabs. They have to hold some of the `bigger` names back.

Spot on. It tels me that they have other 'big' players signed up, or equally 'big' or 'better' players signed up and ready to come to the club.

Rumors about players signing / moving on can get more than a little frustrating. Until its announced he is moving on, then why doubt he is committed to the long term with a great club?

Saying that [size=150if anyone [/size does leave, staying at this level of rugby, just for more cash... let them... (IMO it means they aren't 100% fax); if they leave to go onto SL I will wish them good luck and thank them for their efforts.

Totally agree. He's not going anywhere yet. Could well be staying. Who knows?
